E-Enforcement

If you are experiencing difficulties with collecting your receivables, have been unsuccessful with traditional methods (calls, reminders, etc.), and do not wish to handle this yourself, we can carry out e-enforcement proceedings on your behalf through our accounting firm, including prior consultation.

To initiate enforcement proceedings, only one enforceable document is required – an overdue invoice issued for services rendered or a statement of outstanding items, payment of a fee in the amount of EUR 44, and the procedure can begin.

Through enforcement proceedings, you may also claim late payment interest and reimbursement of the paid fee.

Intrastat

Intrastat is a statistical system for monitoring the trade in goods between European Union (EU) Member States, where data is collected monthly through statistical forms submitted directly by reporting entities. 

Who is required to report?

An economic entity that:

  • trades goods with economic entities in other EU Member States, and
  • the total value of its dispatches of goods to EU Member States or arrivals of goods from EU Member States in the previous calendar year exceeded the so-called national inclusion threshold.

The inclusion threshold amounts to EUR 200,000 for dispatches and EUR 120,000 for arrivals of goods.

A reporting entity is required to submit reports only for the flow of goods (dispatches or arrivals) for which the inclusion threshold has been exceeded. The reporting obligation remains in force until notification of its termination is received.

The deadline for submitting data to the Customs Office Nova Gorica is from the 1st to the 15th day of the month for the previous month, regardless of the reporting medium.
