When is it necessary to join the INTRASTAT reporting system?

A business entity must be included in the Intrastat statistical reporting system in the current year if:

  • it trades goods with business entities in other EU Member States, and

  • the total value of its dispatches of goods to EU Member States or arrivals of goods from EU Member States in the previous calendar year exceeded the so-called national inclusion threshold. The inclusion threshold is EUR 200,000 for dispatches and EUR 120,000 for arrivals of goods.

You will receive an invitation from the customs authority (CURS) to join the system.
